Figuring out carrying costs on a flip?

When I am doing the numbers for a potential deal, how do I go about finding all of the necessary carrying costs to plug into the flipping calculator? I know that property tax is easily found, but how do I go about finding how much insurance would cost as well as electric, gas, water, or any other costs? What is your strategy to find these numbers when analyzing a flip?

@Hunter Harms I just posted a biggerpockets article about what you're looking for -- it has a very lengthy list of all the purchase, sale and holding costs you should look out for as well as the approximate costs for all of them. Hope it helps: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/8814/70530-fix-and-flip-project-costs-purchase-sale-and-holding
