Marketing strategy on selling a Flip

Was wondering if anybody has any suggestion on selling a Flip property efficiently? 

I want to sell the property real quick... So I'm looking for any ideas or suggestion that would give buyers a reason to look at my property and think about buying it?

It'll be likely be a no-show day lol. Competing against football is tough for open houses. I'd personally push it back a week if you can.
