Need a Quality Flipping Contractor in Scottsdale, AZ

I am looking for a contractor to rehab my condo in Scottsdale, AZ then if does great work possibly flipping a couple places a year. Just had quote done 4 days ago but contractor hasn’t got back to me with amount or timeframe. So looking for contractor who does quality work, fair pricing and sticks with stated timeframe in price. Thanks.
