Saniflo System - anyone ever used one?

Thanks to BP member Johann Jells, I just came across the Saniflo system http://www.saniflo.com/  Does anyone on here have experience installing/using these?

I have not used this particular system but It is a macerator system. Have you ever dealt with the head on a boat or an RV? This is the same type of system. (Notice I said "dealt with" not used). Macerators, in our experience, are touchy beasts; they do not work as seamlessly as regular household plumbing.
