Deltona, FL - building a team to do flips (agent, contractor...)

Hi BP,

My brother and I will soon start doing rehab and flipping in Deltona, FL. Both of us have a couple of properties in different states (buy and hold) but want to try flipping to earn money for larger multi-family properties, and expand our portfolio. First, we're looking for a real estate agent recommendation. We have a contractor but will consider other options as well.
