Residential EPA Filings
Good day All,
I would like to purchase a property to rehab and then either flip or rent it. The listing states the property uses an in ground oil tank. I would like to know if there are any violations at this property or if any remediation a took place on that property before I make an offer. Does the EPA/DEP provide reports of their findings to the general public? Basically, if an investigation took place at a property, can I request the findings of that investigation from them?
