Cost of drywall repair, after rewiring?
I know this is a very general question, but I'm looking for a general idea...
The house is small--2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 gar. I had an electrician come out and do an estimate for the rewire, which did not include drywall repair. He said the drywall repair would probably be "way under $1000" since they would be going through the attic mostly to do the wiring. I just wanted to doublecheck here about whether this is realistic?
