Wholesale question for repairs
hello, is it possible to estimate a rehab without a contractor? I’ve used a contractor for 4 properties already and I feel bad asking him to keep coming out with no money. Is it possible I can estimate myself?
Also once I get the contract from the seller do I submit the contract to the tittle company or do I wait to find a buyer and submit the contract and assignment of contract at the same time?
