First House Flip DONE!
We closed on our first house flip yesterday. It only took us 8 months (not our estimated 4 months). We made just over $20k. We borrowed from a 401k, convinced my parents to take out a home equity line of credit...and when the project took longer than anticipated borrowed more money from family.
Will we do this again- YES! We learned a lot...a WHOLE lot!
