Fix and flips in Utah

Anyone currently fixing and flipping in salt lake or Utah county? How is it going? Are you being successful? What is your typical timeline? Are you able to find reliable contractors to complete jobs in a timely manner? We are looking to do a flip or two for the first time and I’m worried about getting the renovations done within a short time frame especially in the winter time. Have you run into long delays in the winter months?
