Kitchen remodel-stove in island

We are wondering if that's common or if we should move oven and stove to main counter space and move sink and d/w to island. This is a rehab and flip. Price point ARV around $260 near Raleigh. In picture, we are removing that tall oven vent in island, to island will be all one level of granite.
