I have a question on bandit signs. I know we shouldn't use our personal phones so it doesn't get traced by City officials so what phone service so be used ?

@Charles Russell III your post indicates that signs are illegal where you plan to post them so why would you do it?

If they want to catch you, they will just call the google voice number and setup to meet you. Good luck with that.
