Hey All!

Not sure if this is the right forum to post to but I'm new to the Denver, CO area as an investor and wanted to know if anyone has any experience marketing to owners of vacant, abandoned, derelict, etc. properties in Denver (or in general). Any input, advice, or tips would be greatly appreciated! Leave me a comment or PM me!
