Hello Flippers and Realtors!

I am searching for Real Estate Agents who specialize or have experience working with clients who are house flippers. It takes something extra to help find properties that will yield the highest returns and negotiate those deals and I want to know how you differentiate from realtors who are typically dealing with a primary residence.

- Attend Real Estate Investor Meet-Ups

- Search MLS for rehab houses and see whole represented the buyer

- Talk to people in the industry for referrals

Agents who deal in properties for flips have plenty of Local, proven buyers they already know of.  No incentive to pass them by for someone out of state, and if they send you a “flip deal” all the local flippers, with local knowledge, have passed on it.
