RE spreadsheets to get started
Hello to my fellow investors. I am looking for help with setting up my excel spreadsheet to get started in the business. My goal is to be able to present my spreadsheet to my HM lenders as well as private lenders detailing all my cost from my renovations, closing, expenses, interest, and if I decide to buy and hold the property. I want to be able to just punch in the numbers for each project and its automatically calculates everything from start to finish. Thank you in advance!
