My first flip (contractor recommendation)

Hi BP! I’m looking at my first flip with an experienced investor in Dallas, TX. He has graciously allowed me to learn from him, and I will put in the sweat equity, aka I’m managing the contractors and checking up on the house regularly. He asked me to find a contractor. I currently do not have any contacts in that area and would love some recommendations. I will be making progress posts so that I can give back to this great community as well. Will
