Walkthrough Worksheet Needed or Suggestions
Hello, was wondering if anyone uses a special work sheet when doing walkthrough of properties to evaluate the repairs. Currently I just write down notes then create a spreadsheet but I am sure there is something already in place for this. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
