Experienced Investors Please
Hello, I am looking to rehab a few homes and I have come across a few tough decisions. First, on the exterior, the siding is a light blue grey but there is a brick boarder about 2 feet high that is yellow. It looks kinda ugly...do you guys recommend painting the brick to something that would match the siding more? Secondly, in the inside of the house there are two fireplaces, and both look outdated. All of my contractors and realtors say leave it, but I think it would look much cleaner if we just removed it. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance.
