What are your favorite building materials to get second hand?

I went to a second hand building material store for the first time today. It seems to me like it could be a good option for cabinets, tile, countertops, and maybe plumbing fixtures. Has anyone had success regularly getting stuff from these types of stores?

You guys should reach out to your contractors?  Once a year I usually call a few of my investor and let them raid my back shop.  Its amazing how much mis ordered or client changes mind stuff you get in a year.

I currently have 4 kitchens in my office because we go and install and they change minds, its insane.  Tons of flooring, siding, coutertops everything under the sun

I usually do my big cleaning in Feb when we slow down, plus it gives me some spending cash
