After a rehab what can you take from staging?

Hello, after a rehab and once it sells, what can you take and what do you have to leave? I'm talking about shower curtains, vanity mirrors, toilet covers, floor mats etc. Thanks!

Maybe this is local, but blinds, shutters, valances, and other attached window coverings are fixtures in my area. I would check with your Realtor, or discuss what stays and what goes with the buyer so they are clear.
