House Flipping Landscaping

I have seen a lot of homes flipped into great sellers, but something has come to my attention that I somehow have skimmed over.

From your experience in rehab and flipping,

What could one expect from adding a fire pit.

I have seen a lot of properties with a grand, yet bare backyard.

I’m just curious, what are the pros and cons of putting one together.

Is it a good investment to increase a homes value, or is it merely a waste?

I have seen a lot of home renovation, but little on the property itself.

@Zach Andis You don't need a fire pit unless you're planning on making 'smores during an open house.
