Hello again! Is a realtor the only resource for market analysis? New to the business and having a hard time getting this info. From a realtor. It's a off market house not on the MLS

@Scott Scheel thanks Scott! I’ve been to a few meeting with a local Investor group but not a member yet. Things are happening so fast I don’t have time. I will go to one this weekend and network.
