Floor joist repair costs

I am looking at purchasing an old house built in the 1890’s 3600 square foot but I am sure it has floor joist issues. We have a company that we are going to use to give a free estimate but we need to be under contract before it can be inspected. Curious as to the average cost of floor joist repairs. Looking in Kansas.

There is nothing average on a 1890's house .  Lumber wasnt nominal back then . Building code didnt exist .
