Home Warranty coverage

Hello All,

My home is currently rented and managed by a company, but my wife and I are considering managing the property ourselves. We are military and live in a different state at this time, however, we know it can be done. My question is, if we have a home warranty like American Home Shield, should we our tenants to use the service granted they are willing to pay the fee, which is less than $80?

Second, do you all have any thoughts on services like Cozy and other tenant-owner interface software? Yea or nay?
