Starting out with $200k

Hi there,

I’m new to the forum and I reside in nyc. I have access to funds up to $200k and I’m interested in buying, rehabbing and selling / refinancing.

I know it’s not enough for properties in nyc. Does anyone know and can recommend an area near buy to start and look for deals? (NJ, CT, PA Etc)
