Recommendations on using Lumber Liquidators for install?

Lumber Liquidators is having a sale on install right now. Has anyone gone through them for install? It would seem nice to have them back the work. Recently my GC had a very bad experience with a hardwood installer. The work was awful and the guy went AWOL. My GC took care of it but it makes me think that maybe I should use the retailer.

I haven't used LL because I have always been able to find higher quality wood floors at the same price or cheaper through local businesses. In addition, we have a great wood floor installer/restorer so have not had an issue with that.

I can say their customer service seems to be really good. I have talked multiple times to the regional commercial sales rep and he seems very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have also talked to several people who have purchased from LL and used their installation services, they seemed satisfied with the results.
