Doing a live in flip with kids
My wife and I have 3 kids and we starting to make the shift into real estate investing. We have started considering doing a live in flip. As far as renovation, I am capable of handling most things myself and hiring someone more capable for everything else.
So this bring me to my question:
Has anyone else taken this route with their family? If so what is your feed back?
I appreciate any helpful criticism and feedback. Thanks!
