Splitting a large townhouse into 2. Is it possible?
In an older part of town, (no hoa) there is a distressed property that is part of 2 townhouses. The distressed one is twice the size of the one next to it. I was curious if I’d run into any issues if I turned it into 2 units. Any advice on even where to begin to see if it would be possible would be helpful.
