Flip Question! Help Please...
Working on my first flip and wondering how much information do you typically provide to your listing realtor. The realtor I'm working with that I plan to use to list the house is asking for my scope of work. Should I include the cost too so that she can help with items I should or should not include to help maximize my return on investment?
