Working on my first flip and wondering how much information do you typically provide to your listing realtor. The realtor I'm working with that I plan to use to list the house is asking for my scope of work. Should I include the cost too so that she can help with items I should or should not include to help maximize my return on investment?
Likely what your realtor is asking for is what you did to the property to improve it. Buyers want to know if the house has new plumbing, electrical, windows, doors, etc. This is waht's commonly referred to as "scope of work" and are all selling points for your property. It's unlikely that your realtor is interested in your actual cost of rehab.
@Ben Sears That makes sense. Thanks for the response Ben.
