I am completely new to real estate investing. I have been listening to podcasts and audiobooks from the bigger pockets website and would like to try my hand with the BRRR method and flipping. My first step would be to create a team and work from there.

Any recommendations on wholesalers, real estate agents, contractors, private money lenders, etc in the Jacksonville, FL area would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to this real estate journey.

I recommend @Matthew Miller with ERA Heavener as an Agent/Property Manager.
