Wrapping vs Replacing Windows

I am trying to decide if I should replace my windows on a rental unit in Washington Pigtown located in Baltimore Maryland. It is a low income area that seems to be in transition but is still stronger suited for a rental as opposed to a flip in my opinion. This is my 1st property and I've appreciated all those the point and guidance Bigger pockets has provided!

If you have experience or know the benefits of either I would love to hear from you! Right now I have windows price that about $250 each but have not found a estimate all wrapping windows and M not sure where to start I've just heard that they may be more cost efficient way to a dress lead paint and keep your rehab numbers down.

@Courtney Rollins - I agree with @Clark Kirkpatrick. I have never replaced all the windows in a property -- especially since it's going to be a rental unit. I don't think anyone would pay higher rent due to new windows! :-)
