Drywall Finishes for SFRs

Hello Rehabbers. I was wondering what drywall finishes you are using in your SF flips these days. Orange Peel, Knockdown, Smooth, Sand? I've heard that knockdown is the standard, but was hoping to get input from the BP'ers. Any difference in price for the finishes?
