Private Lenders Wanted
Hello! My name is Benjamin Nolan and I am an Income property investor from Michigan. I just started my real estate buy and hold investment property business in 2017 and have basically stuck to partnership and conventional financing for our first 2 units. I am in the middle of a deal to obtain a 3 unit for $66000 which is cash flowing $1800/month. To make a long story short I would like to utilize private investors/lenders to gain capital faster to scale my business faster. Any pro investors out there could point me in the right direction to contact legit private lenders/investors that could help me fund my deals? Thanks BP family, I appreciate it. -Benjamin
