Inherited home in Pennsylvania
Hey everyone. I own a home in central Pa that was my mothers house who has since passed away. The home is currently being rented and theres roughly 20% equity in the home. Which is about 20k currently.
This question is for the smart investor. Is there a way to leverage this home and its equity to jump start purchasing homes in Florida to flip.
