Funding Rehab Cost for BRRRR

Hello,

I am trying to do my first BRRRR and need some help on figuring out the best way to fund the Rehab. I purchased the property cash and it needs about $40K in renovations. I'm not sure if I should use my own cash and complete the project bit by bit, take out a personal loan, or use one of my credit cards.

Please Help!!!!
