Houston Wholesaling Beginner. HELP! I’ll pay it forward

I am a real estate agent in Houston Tx . I primarily cold call for expired listings and terminated listings everyday from 7am to 12Pm. I am now Looking to Diversify and get into the investment side of things. I found wholesaling and have been attending YouTube University on wholesaling , but as lists and markets differ across the board , i am having issues finding Houston specific information .

If you can help me out or point me in the right direction on a following things , I’ll be sure to pay it forward once i find success. See below

1. Where do i go in Houston to find the following leads

i. Probate

ii. Pre Foreclosures

iii.Tax Delinquent

iv. Code violations

v. Absentee owners

(I went to the county court on this and they were not very much help. I was told to get in contact with another source who doesn’t answer phone calls or texts.)

2. If you could point me in the right direction of seasoned investors who can’t help me get a grip of things . I have no problem with 10x level work schedules and I’m willing to give 50 percent of the deal up.
