Kitchen remodeling help
I have some tenants moving out at the end of December and will be remodeling the kitchen. It is over 30 years old and falling apart in there. What are some best practices for remodeling a rental property for around $5000. If anyone knows a good contractor in Richmond, VA that's even better!
