Cleveland, OH Contractor

Hi,

I am considering putting in an offer on a SFH in Parma, OH (Cleveland, OH suburb) but first, I need to find a contractor with availability in Oct/Nov/Dec to complete the renovations. Does anyone have a general contractor that works with investors they are willing to refer me to? This property will be a buy-and-hold property, not a flip so we are looking for that sweet spot of quality and cost.
