Are property owners in need of staging services?

Question

I'm a homeowner in Atlanta who's been staging for friends/family for the past year.

I'd like to build my clientele and possibly begin staging for homeowners and/or property managers in the metro Atlanta area.

Does anyone know of someone who can benefit from these services? Or advice on how I can get started?

Aside from attending real estate meet ups, I would go to every single open house in your area and meet all the agents. Specifically agents representing sellers of flips or new construction as these homes often get staged prior to listing. Build up a referral business and away you go.

I know our real estate office has an area in our printer room devoted to advertising home inspection, warranty, staging, pest control, handyman, move-out cleaners, etc., so maybe drop off a few flyers perhaps offering a discount off your normal service fee to local real estate offices.  We also have a local paper that offers free online advertising (you can only list once  a month for free, otherwise it's a fee), so look to see if your area has that available as well.

@Nicole Heasley I renovated my condo earlier this year and everyone who saw it fell in love with it. I just started offering my services to people I knew who were looking to either sell their places or looking for help designing their spaces.
