Buying a house without a realtor
There is a house in my town near the college I’d like to buy. The seller has a realtor and I do not. How do I go about buying without getting a realtor? Or should I just use their realtor? Sellers usually pay for closing anyway right?
I did check and duel agency is allowed in my state.
