Finding ARV...

I have learned a lot since being a BP member and their is so much more to learn and one thing I need to learn is too figuring out the ARV after seeing the property and beforing purchasing the property. So, how do I go about this? Is this all based on what I think the property will be worth after the rehab or using comps?

Bill Gulley - J Scott meant to leave off the period you put after his initial. you just type the @ followed by the J and then a space and then pick his name from the list below the reply box.
