How much is it a sq foot to build investment properties in Atl
I’m looking for more info for building properties in Atlanta. How much is it a SQ foot to build commercial & Residential properties from the ground up.

Commercial is going to be very different than residential and each type of commercial is different. The best thing to do is talk to some experienced local GCs that build what you are looking to build to get cost info.
