Oak tree and septic tank

The property I just made an offer on has a large oak tree in the far right corner of the backyard. The septic tank is near the left side of the backyard. I know very little about oak trees--is there any concern of the roots piercing or interfering with the tank or drainfield? Thanks. Sorry, I don't have a photo of the yard, unfortunately.

Generally Oak roots don't cause damage to foundations and pipes. Or at least much less so than other types of trees. I've owned a home for 10 years with Post Oaks all around the septic tanks with no problems.
