Hi everyone, I’m new to real estate. Just started taking real estate agent classes. I would like to start doing house flipping next year. I studied some online and my friend recommend Bigger Pocket to me. I wish to obtain some suggestions on this since I’m a dummy to this at this moment. Open to all good suggestions on how to start doing flipping ^_^

There’s lots of great info out there on the topic. They key is to know your market intimately, know your values,  know your numbers for the rehab and find good contractors to do the work. It’s all about educating yourself in all aspects of the business.
