Homepath Investor Program
I am new here and looking to purchase my first investment property. From what I have researched, it looks like homepath gives investors loans. Can anyone speak to the process? Is it income/credit based to get qualified? I know you need at least 10% down. Trying to gather as much information as possible prior to calling to inquire. Thanks in advance!
