Hey BP Nation! Happy Friday. I was wondering if any one out there has worked with or knows someone else who has worked with these guys. They seem to be focused in the Pittsburgh area primarily. They are offering turn key flips. In that, I mean they are offering a house for sale with an all in cost up front. You pay them that amount and in a couple months they will turn you over the rehabbed house list ready. Their presentation of one to me was $110k all up buy in and an end ARV around $170k. Seems maybe too good to be true???? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
