Any specific insurance companies for FC auction properties?
Haven't bought at sheriff sale for a few years and bought one yesterday. My previous insurance company doesn't write policies for these anymore.
Which companies will write a policy for an occupied property that I don't have access to yet? The property has been paid for and I need some kind of coverage even though I don't technically own it yet.
