refinancing rehabs
Just started rehabbing multifamilies. On my fourth one in two months and now need to refinance to take out the hard money. Is there a source for this type of financing who can 1) refinance 20-40 properties; 2) refinance based on new after rehab value (no seasoning); 3) use an LLC (with personal gaurantees)?
