Rehab - BRRRR Strategy

Insight into how and when you put your “team” together.

Did you find a contractor before buying your BRRRR property? Did you find this to be more helpful?

Did you find a contractor after you found a potential property?

Did you do the work yourself?

Thanks!

How I structure BRRR with clients is contacting contractors before placing a property under contract. When you are under contract have a detailed scope of work. If you wait you might be scrambling while you are under contract. If you are able to do the work yourself that'd be good but you'd be consuming more of your time. Time is money so remember that :)
