Who is actively rehabbing or about to start work on a new rehab in the Metro Atlanta area?

I am currently reading the book on Estimating Rehab costs by J.Scott and would like to pair it up with an actual project. I do not plan to get into construction, I want to have a good understanding of how to estimate costs to make an offer on properties

I will follow mask wearing and Social Distancing rules or meet during construction off days or hours.

Pls post suggestions even if you do not have an active project.
